Terms of service

Agreement

These terms apply when you use the Calendrop Chrome extension, the Calendrop AI plan and this website (“Calendrop”). By using Calendrop, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how your data is handled.

What Calendrop does

Calendrop turns text you select, type or say, and images you add, into Google Calendar events, using an AI model, and saves them to your Google Calendar when you click Add.

AI can make mistakes. Check every event before you save it. You’re responsible for what you add to your calendar and for any invitations sent to guests.

Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account and must be at least 13 years old.
  • Keep your Google account secure: anyone using it can use your Calendrop plan.
  • Your use of Google Calendar is also covered by Google’s own terms.

Plans

  • Bring your own key is free. You use your own AI provider’s API key, follow that provider’s terms, and pay them directly for what you use.
  • Calendrop AI free trial: 7 days, one per Google account, no card needed. Nothing is charged when it ends.
  • Calendrop AI subscription, when offered: billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, at the price shown when you subscribe, taxes included. It renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren’t refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
  • We may change prices for future periods; we’ll tell you before a change applies to you.

Fair use

Calendrop AI is for personal use through the extension. Don’t use scripts or automated tools with it, share or resell access, try to get around its limits, or use it to send other content to the AI. We limit how many requests one account can make, and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content

The text you send and the events you create stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Calendrop, as described in the privacy policy. Don’t send text you don’t have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Calendrop running, but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we stop the Calendrop AI plan, we’ll refund the unused part of any paid period.

No warranty

Calendrop is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. This includes the accuracy of events the AI finds.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed meeting, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by contract.

Ending

You can stop using Calendrop at any time: sign out, uninstall the extension, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We’ll update the date above when these terms change, and tell you in advance about important changes. If you keep using Calendrop after a change, the new terms apply.
